We went to Shropshire to talk to some of their Explorer Scouts about our project with BETS.
We set off on Wednesday morning and explored Ironbridge before going to Edgmond where Alistair and Elizabeth kindly allowed us to set up out tents in their garden. We gave a short presentation about the BARNES-BETS project to some of the Explorers later in the evening of day one.

Thursday we walked on the Wenlock Edge and Stiperstones. It was so foggy on the LongMynd that we moved on. We had an evening walk round Edgmond Village followed by a relxing time playing games inside in front of a log fire.

Before we left of Friday we walked into Newport and met up with Richard DCC[Activities] for Shropshire. Hopefully the BETS projetr will become now become a joint project between BARNES and one or more of the Shropshire Units.
