Operation Gairatpur Baas 2008

Sunday 10th August 2008

Our last full day in India. Breakfast at 08:15 followed by packing of bags ready for our departure the following day.
Mr Jha (the headmaster) had organised for a medical team to visit and set up a surgery in the school offering free consultations to the village. We walked to the school mid morning to find a cricket match underway and about 500 people making use of the Medical centre!

We then walked into Gairatpur Baas and on into the next village.
On our return to Tikli Botton there was time for a swim before lunch with the School Trustees following their AGM.
